Launch your alliance architecture:

Day 5-6: The Strategic Addition Identify one person outside your usual circle who could be a strategic ally. Craft a value-first outreach using this template:

"Hi [Name], I've been following your work on [specific project/achievement]. Your approach to [specific aspect] resonated because [genuine reason]. I recently came across [resource/connection/insight] that might be helpful for [their specific challenge]. Would you be interested?"

Day 7: The Activation Reactivate three dormant relationships with personalized, no-ask messages that reference shared history and offer current value.
