Trust-Building Message Templates
Initial Outreach: "Hi [Name], I noticed you [specific observation about their need/interest]. I have some experience with [relevant skill/resource] and would be happy to help if you'd find it useful. No strings attached—just neighbors helping neighbors. Would you be interested in [specific offer of help]?"
Follow-Up After Helping: "Hi [Name], I hope the [specific help provided] was useful for your [specific situation]. If you need any adjustments or have questions, I'm happy to help further. Also, I'm always interested in learning new skills—if you ever have time to share your knowledge about [their expertise], I'd love to learn."
Check-In Message: "Hi [Name], I was thinking about our conversation about [specific topic] and wondered how [specific situation] was going. Also, I came across [relevant resource/connection] that might be helpful for your [specific need]. Let me know if you'd like the details."

Ask Templates
